Job Description
Responsible for administrative and organizational tasks.
Attending executive meetings and prepares minutes of meetings.
Maintain the executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings,
Compose correspondence, and prepare statistical reports.
Maintain Databases and filing systems.
Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
Maintain office procedures.
Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Develop a variety of documents, charts, and Presentation in final form.
Organize logistics and plan events
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels and a good team player.
Excellent MS Office knowledge.
Very Organized person and well presented
Good in English, reading and writing.
Energetic personality and able to learn fast.
Good public relations skills.
Self-motivated and have the ability to make recommended improvements.
