Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Assurance department and provide strategic guidance and direction.
- Develop and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Establish and enforce quality policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure effective implementation of quality control processes, including sampling, testing, and inspection of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits by regulatory authorities or third-party organizations.
- Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends, deviations, or non-conformances and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Familiar with product quality review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in the in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- PQR , Risk management experience.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
