Project Coordinator (Affiliate Programs)
Job Responsibilities :
– Identify and recruit new partners, IBs, affiliates through various approaches including social networks, messengers, websites, etc.
– Support and develop relationships with existing partners.
– Negotiate and manage individual conditions of corporations for partners.
– Maintain direct communication and recommend new methods of work for partners and provide performance feedback.
– Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase partner's performance.
– Present reports for relevant program metrics such as number of partners recruited, number of conversations, potential partners, number of refuses, etc.
– Supply occasional creative ideas related to the development of partners.
– Customer service related.
Job Requirements:
– Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Finance / Accounting / Management / Banking / Economic / Business
– At least 3 years of relevant working experience
– Preferred those who are fluent in Arabic & English (Third language will be an advantage)
– Experience in Direct Marketing/Sales/Affiliate Industry will be an advantage
– Background in affiliate marketing, publisher acquisition, eCommerce, account management, customer acquisition, paid media, or performance marketing desirable
– Able to work independently and as a team and to do multitasking
– Knowing current market (investment is an added advantage)
– Can work independently, self-discipline, proactive, under pressure & minimal supervision
