Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Customer Relationship Management Roles & Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Communicate and visit customers in order to meet their different needs and resolve their complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and potential clients
  • Providing clients with information about new products or services of the bank that may be of interest to them.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and potential clients
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients

Credit Analysis and follow-ups Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement credit analysis for the clients in cooperation with the various departments of the bank.
  • Monitoring client’s existing accounts periodically to ensure that all credit terms mentioned in the approvals are applied.
  • Actively following up on clients to pay installments on time to avoid any delays.
  • Continuous monitoring of the various collaterals provided to the bank to preserve its rights​

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • Full knowledge of Customer Relationship Management & all of corporate products and bank’s credit policy.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in which (3) years at least in Bahrain

  • Experience working with key accounts and large corporate clients
  • Strong understanding of business processes and financial concepts
  • Leadership, time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Nationality: Any, with permanent residency in Bahrain
