BAT JORDAN IS LOOKING FOR A CORPORATE FINANCE ANALYST

FUNCTION Finance

LOCATION Amman, Jordan

What You Will Be Accountable For

• Lead the sales and purchases processes of domestic and export operations
• Ensures comprehensive collection, processing, recording, and reporting of financial data.
• Ensures that records of revenue and expenditure are properly maintained and available
• Supervises the processing of expense claims, invoices and debit/credit notes
• Lead General Ledger reconciliations (bank, debtors, creditors, suspense accounts)
• Marketing Investments and Admin budget preparation
• Monthly tracking of corporate OVH’s
• Lead month-end and year-end closure processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Acts as the point of contact for Country Manager and Finance Director for any financial accounting issues (collections, sales tracker, Debtors/ Creditors reports, financial statements, etc..)

Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge

• University degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance
• Commercial and business knowledge
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive, dynamic, & self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under stress
• A methodical approach to work and the ability to prioritize
• Microsoft Office knowledge is a must
• Fluent in Arabic and English

BENEFICIAL

• Big 4/ FMCG experience, accounting & finance background.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
