BAT JORDAN IS LOOKING FOR A CORPORATE FINANCE ANALYST
FUNCTION Finance
LOCATION Amman, Jordan
What You Will Be Accountable For
- Lead the sales and purchases processes of domestic and export operations
- Ensures comprehensive collection, processing, recording, and reporting of financial data.
- Ensures that records of revenue and expenditure are properly maintained and available
- Supervises the processing of expense claims, invoices and debit/credit notes
- Lead General Ledger reconciliations (bank, debtors, creditors, suspense accounts)
- Marketing Investments and Admin budget preparation
- Monthly tracking of corporate OVH’s
- Lead month-end and year-end closure processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Acts as the point of contact for Country Manager and Finance Director for any financial accounting issues (collections, sales tracker, Debtors/ Creditors reports, financial statements, etc..)

Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance
- Commercial and business knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive, dynamic, & self-motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under stress
- A methodical approach to work and the ability to prioritize
- Microsoft Office knowledge is a must
- Fluent in Arabic and English
BENEFICIAL
- Big 4/ FMCG experience, accounting & finance background.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
