Security Manager

Whether travelling for business or leisure, safety and security are the prime requisite (and concern) of every traveller.
As a security manager, you will manage the security department to provide a safe environment for hotel guests and employees. Comply with local occupational health and safety regulations and emergency measures.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Ensure that all walks and inspections are performed to a high standard.
• Pay close attention to and maintain the established code of conduct goals and take corresponding measures if the goals are not met.
• Supervise and direct emergency drills.
• Analyze and check all reported cases and develop action plans.
• Ensure that all security guards and all hotel staff comply with all safety regulations.
• Assist local authorities in investigating crimes and accidents.
• Develop security work plans for special events (such as seminars, large conferences, government guests, weddings, etc.).
• Familiar with dealing with property safety, emergency rescue, firefighting and other crisis events, and be able to use equipment safely and cautiously.
• Develop a work plan for dealing with crisis situations and remind superiors of potential hidden dangers.

What We Need From You

• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Be able to make quick decisions, work in a fast paced and diverse work environment.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends or Manager on Duty.
