Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Production Engineer to join our team. This is an entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to apply their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The candidate will be instrumental in optimizing production processes and ensuring that manufacturing goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate production issues and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor and control production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and techniques to optimize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to production processes and equipment.
• Conduct time studies and work on continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and components.
• Assist in maintaining health, safety, and environmental compliance within the facility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates (up to 1-year experience).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CAD software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
