Personal Assistant to the CEO

The Personal Assistant is responsible to manage, organize and coordinate the Chief Executive Office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Also to provide high level support for CEO in relation to internal and external matters.

  • Organize, coordinate and distribute the Executive and Senior Management Teams minutes of meetings and ensure timely follow up on all resolutions.
  • Compile statistical data and generate narrative reports to summarize findings.
  • Maintain current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits and corrective action plans.
  • Schedule and take minutes of meetings and follow up on meeting resolutions.
  • Organizing CEO Business Trips outside Jordan, and prepare all logistics issues in that regards.
  • Manage CEO agenda.
  • Prepare CEO’s speeches, presentations, required writings and forms of articles when needed
  • Perform other duties as requested by the CEO within the scope of work identified.
