| Project background | “Improving refugees’ socio-economic conditions in the Za’atari camp through enhancing their capacities and employability skills” is a project funded by the CDCS (Centre de Crise et de Soutien, belonging to the French Foreign Service) and implemented by Oxfam in Za’atari camp, with the objective of enhance income generation capacities and skills building opportunities for women and men in Za’atari camp. |

Volunteers will receive an induction of Oxfam values, Code of Conduct (COC) and volunteer’s policyVolunteers will receive and full brief on the project, so they are able to communicate with beneficiaries with a proper background of the projectVolunteers might receive a training session on how to use the digital tool (SurveyCTO is the data collection tool)                  | 
| 4. Ethics |

EJ volunteer will commit to abide by Oxfam’s ethical standards or provide evidence of equivalent institutional standard where the successful applicant is a research institute with its own established standards.Volunteer’s policy and COC will be briefed and then signed by the volunteer to ensure the proper understandingSpecific ethical standards apply regarding data collection on SGBV protection and potentially with survivors. In particular, ensuring confidentiality will be paramount. Informed consent will be systematically required for any interview and data maintained with all safeguarding measures appropriate.  |
