Missions : As CEO, you will primarily support the team. Your responsibilities will include: – Managing and ensuring the efficient operation of the business – Propose new projects and products that will enhance the development of the company. – Define objectives and strategy – Monitor and manage the performance of current investment portfolios – Establish a framework to meet and exceed portfolio returns – Generate and identify new investment opportunities – Provide reports and work on ad hoc projects as needed. – Have the ability to work well with members of the investment team, as well as external investors – Mentor and coach junior team members – Establish contacts with new clients

المهارات

Degree in market finance, engineering or math – 10+ years of experience and expertise in private equity, multi-asset investing, investment selection, investment and investment research – Dynamic and visionary – Have strong leadership skills and ability to build rapport and relationships with external investors. – Have experience in fund documentation, reporting and possess excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as teamwork and collaboration ➔ Required Criteria: – Languages Fluent English
