Syarah, a leading company in the automotive industry, is seeking a dedicated and outgoing individual to join their team as a Customer Care/Call Center representative. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to all of our clients. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide guidance to customers, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collecting and recording customer feedback and insights, as well as maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Building strong relationships with customers and working to ensure their overall satisfaction with our services
- Adhering to established company policies and procedures, and contributing to the development of new policies as needed
- Staying up-to-date on industry knowledge and trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Competency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
