الوصف الوظيفي
- Upon being assigned by TEM a Tender and after receiving a copy of the Tender Documents from Document Controller the Estimator will Study all Tender Documents including all Revisions , Circulars, Addendums etc.
- Find out any discrepancies or corrections required between different Tender Documents and advise TEM who will submit to the Consultant “A Request for Clarification”.
- Ensure that the Tender Enquiries Engineer have requested offers from all Suppliers / Subcontractors for relevant items of the project.
- Prepare and compile the BOQ in accordance with the format requested in the Tender Document based on the system CCS used for estimation.
- Upon receiving quotations from Suppliers / Subcontractors, make a comparative analysis between these offers, ensuring that all relevant items of work are considered, state any deviation from specifications.
- Attend to Post Tender Clarifications until the time the Tender is awarded to the Company or to other Competitors.
- For Tender contracted to the Company, prepare a full file to be submitted to Construction / Procurement Department who will be handling the execution.
المهارات
Education – Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture
Experience – 8+ years
Candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic languages.
Working knowledge of CCS Candy required.
