Plant Engineers (Fresh Graduates)
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are targeting fresh graduates to fill several engineering vacancies in the plant in Maintenance, Optimization and Methods, and offering one-year paid contracts. The appointed graduates will gain an understanding of Lafarge’s business and operations, build functional and managerial skills and develop leadership competencies.

Skills
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical) from a recognized university
- Very good command of English language
- Impressive communication skills
- Strong leadership potential
