Operations supervisor – our new branch in Karak:
OTS is looking for an experienced and motivated operations supervisor to join our logistics team. As an operations supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific warehouse/hub.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping ordersMonitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock.Supervise, coach and motivate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and resolving issues.Enforce safety and quality policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company and legal regulations.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, efficiency, qualityIdentify and implement opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as an operations supervisor or similar role in a logistics or warehousing environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (WMS).Knowledge of logistics principles, practices and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
