Hotel Receptionist
providing front desk services to guests, processing guest payments and acting as an information source on various matters.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing forms, applications, and requests.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist the customers with the placement of orders.
- Monitoring and Ordering supplies when needed.
- Keep records of payments and expenses.
- Coordinate Daily schedule.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable using computers and social media
- Excellent communication skills,
- Strong handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- High attention to detail
- Fast learner
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business management
Previous Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience
