Hotel Receptionist

providing front desk services to guests, processing guest payments and acting as an information source on various matters.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Processing forms, applications, and requests.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Assist the customers with the placement of orders.
  • Monitoring and Ordering supplies when needed.
  • Keep records of payments and expenses.
  • Coordinate Daily schedule.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable using computers and social media
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Strong handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • High attention to detail
  • Fast learner

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business management

Previous Experience

1-3 years of relevant experience
