Recruitment Officer

Tasks & Duties

• Follow up on recruitment needs, and ensure closing within set timelines
• Review applicants received on a day-to-day basis and ensure daily processing and classification
• Conduct initial phone screening and complete candidate evaluation documentation
• Evaluate, assess and provide quality candidates
• Organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns
• Provide applicants with information about the job, tasks, responsibilities, working conditions, Terms and conditions of employment
• Weekly and periodical reporting

Requirements:

• University graduate in a relevant field
• Minimum 1 year experience as Recruitment Officer
• Preferable experience in a high recruitment volume
• Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic)
• Reporting
