HEOR Manager, Levant
Job Description
- Provide LEVANT inputs in relevant Global/MEA forums by co-shaping HEOR strategies and tactics
- Understand, digest and disseminate Global Market Access strategies locally to relevant Franchises and Senior Leaders
- Define and coordinate the implementation of HEOR strategy in order to facilitate/obtain access for strategic brands and new launches
- Active participation in the design of Market Access Strategy for strategic and new launch products along with the rest of the Patient Access Team and relevant Franchise
- Create, maintain partnerships and work proactively with decision-makers, payers, government institutions, industry associations (when relevant) in order to shape the environment through health economics, HTA and innovative access to improve access environment
- Utilize Health Economics studies as a tool to promote value-based and evidence-based pricing
- Participate and represent Novartis in external and internal HE/HTA platforms, liaison for Regional/Global initiatives
- Create and/or follow-up MA strategies (value propositions, innovative contracting agreements) in order to influence and accelerate favorable decisions towards Novartis portfolio, aligned with defined objectives
- Consolidate effective HEOR evidences and tools for key products to support market access, including reimbursement, hospital listing etc.
- Deliver product value messages to internal and external stakeholders by conducting effective training and communication
- Work in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to support market access
- Execute HEOR strategies that demonstrate product value and support product commercialization activities including pricing and reimbursement
- Supports in co-developing localized value proposition with robust pharmacoeconomic tactics and tools and adapted real-world evidence program
- Drive capability building, upskilling initiatives and operational excellence in HEOR in LEVANT countries
- Identify and communicate evolutions and trends in health care environment with potential impact on pricing, reimbursement, formulary listing and value assessment, and co-shape Novartis LEVANT strategic access plans and capabilities

Minimum Requirements
- More than 1 year of experience of HEOR model development and value communication in academic or pharmaceutical industry
- High understanding of the healthcare, pricing and reimbursement system of Levant countries.
- Demonstrated direct experience in health economics and value assessment frameworks
- History of direct exposure to and collaboration with senior leaders
