Co-Founder / CTO
Co-Founder / CTO
We are looking for a co-founder/CTO to join our team and help us build a new startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, a passion for entrepreneurship, and a proven track record of success.
The job is unpaid but the incumbant will share 15% on equity at incorporation after passing 2 months probation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our product
- Build and manage the technical role of the startup
- Oversee our technology infrastructure
- Ensure that our products meet our customers' needs
- The CTO should be able to work with other co-founders to grow our business
- The CTO should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- The CTO should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- The CTO should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- The CTO should be able to think strategically and make sound technical decisions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong understanding of cloud computing
- Experience with a variety of programming languages and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for entrepreneurship
