Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance Business Partner Analyst to join our dynamic finance business partner team. As a Senior Finance Business Partner Analyst, you will play a key role in providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial analysis, insights, and guidance to support key decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and forecast future outcomes.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and ROI analysis, to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic plans.
Evaluate investment opportunities, perform due diligence, and provide financial recommendations for new projects and initiatives.
Support month-end and year-end close processes, including financial reporting.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimize financial strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or Financial Analyst, preferably in a senior role.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data sets.
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Excel.).
Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial statements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial concepts into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
