Junior Technical Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environments will also make you an ideal candidate.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce customer environment and run tests
• Liaise between the customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems
• Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware
• To maintain the computer systems of large organizations, ensuring that they run smoothly and providing technical support and advice to computer users.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of technical support experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering, communication Engineer, and Communication Engineer only
• Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
