شاغر أمين مستودع لدى شركة الحكمة للصناعات الدوائية لتخصصات بكالوريوس / دبلوم ( ادارة اعمال، سلاسل التزويد ، هندسة ) ؛

Title: Storekeeper

✓ Description:
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

-Receives and inspects all incoming materials physically and on the system and reports any discrepancies to direct supervisor and management.

-Communicating with other departments such as but not limited to Procurement , QA , QC , and Clearance.

-Comply with receiving SOPs and other related procedures.

-Ability to use ERP systems and other software.

-Transferring the materials from receiving area to other areas as requested.

-Organize the warehouse space and ensures all materials are in the correct place in the warehouse.

-Dispatch materials to other Warehouses and checks if they match the ordered quantity.

-Perform physical inventory of warehouse and reconcile records.

-Participate In Stock related duties like Packaging, Labelling , weighing , and preparation.

-Compliance with GMP’s requirements.

-Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.

-Compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards.

✓ Qualifications:

-Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.

✓ Experience:

0 – 2 years of experience in relevant field.
