The most essential part of this post is to meet the monthly assigned sales target.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Explaining courses details and admission procedures to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails, face-to-face meetings.
2. Supporting prospective students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them complete the required documents as per the admission process.

Job Description:
1. Lead Management
Manage leads from digital campaigns and from various online sources including walk-ins.
2. Counselling, Conversion, Payments, and Reporting
- Provide information on courses, eligibility, duration, fee level, suitability to career, etc.
- Verify documents and credentials as per need
- Convert to admission
- Follow up on registration and fee payment
3. Customer service:
Ensure a pleasant experience for all the prospective learners
Help them in their transactions for admissions/fee payment/course progress etc
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification and Experience:
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Graduates with minimum of 2-3 years experience in Sales/Tele-sales/admissions counseling in the education/training sector
- Preference will be given to candidates with Customer Support, Sales, Student Counselling experiences with banks/Insurance/training Institutes/ Universities and schools.
