As a Full Stack Engineer you will be responsible for delivering on multiple projects assigned by the engineering leadership. You will also work closely with everyone else on the team to solve problems even if it requires learning new skills or working out of your comfort zone or on things not listed in your roles and responsibilities when needed. You will be working with an agile team that promotes and spreads an agile culture where the focus is on achieving goals as a team with all means possible so we expect you to spread the same culture and values across the organization as it grows.
Job Requirements
- Operate using DevSecOps principals
- Develop high-quality software designs and architectures for APIs, web app, front-end, and back-end development
- Work closely with the software team to to ensure software designs and implementations meet software security requirements
- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
- Review and debug code
- Perform validation and verification testing
- Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
- Document software designs
- General problem solving
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the team in areas that align with your background and skills as necessary, especially in areas of AF acquisition
- Work with the team to understand customer needs and translate to use cases, POCs, and MVPs
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and troubleshoot problems
- Keep abreast with changing technology and suggest methods to optimize development and implementation performance
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Optional: Experience with CAD and Simulation tools
