Administration Officer
PKF Jordan & Iraq, is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. As an integral part of our company, the ideal candidate will bring a strong background in administrative work, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling various tasks.
Responsibilities
· Assist in preparing audit-related documentation, reports, and presentations, including financial statements.
· Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness, providing administrative support in the
preparation and distribution process.
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the partners and managers.
· Work closely with audit managers to ensure that the high-quality deliverables.
· Assist managers on planning and reports deliverables and follow Up.
· Conduct general admin and file maintenance duties.
· Compose, type and review memos, e-mails and letters, records, posts and maintains and organizes records.
· Greet and give information to callers and visitors, screens and transfer calls as necessary.
· Copy, scan, e-mails documents, and route various communications.
· Arranges meetings and prepares necessary meeting materials.
· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
· Previous Experience: 2+ Years in administrative work, preferably within audit firms.
· Excellent Computer usage skills especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant
tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
· Excellent Communication and follow up.
· Fluent in English (oral and written).
