The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the HR functions of the organization including the development and implementation of effective policies and procedures to attract, recruit, onboard, develop, retain and motivate the workforce, managing and overseeing recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits. The Human Resources Manager plays a critical role in creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment for all employees, and in supporting the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process in order to attract and hire the best talent for the organization.
  • Employee Onboarding: Lead the onboarding for new hires processes for departing employees in order to engage and retain the new team members smooth transition, promote a positive employee experience, and maintain compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • People Learning and Growth: Develop and deliver training and development programs and initiatives and in order to build the competencies (skills, knowledge and attitude/ behaviors) of team members.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage the design, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation and benefits and rewards programs to ensure that they align with business goals and attract, retain and award the top talent.
  • Attendance, Leaves and Payroll Management: Monitor, manage implement and automate payroll, timekeeping, and leaves systems to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure that the direct line managers setting goals and objectives for their team and coach them to achieve it and provide with effective feedback along the process and then review and evaluate their performance.
  • Implement, Foster, Maintain and improve the Culture. {Employee Experience, Retention, Relation, and Productivity and Offboarding}: Develop and implement strategies; communicate and educate the team; manage employee relations issues, such as grievances, complaints and resolve conflicts to foster a positive and inclusive culture and work environment and promote the well-being of employees and process with a positive offboarding experience in order to foster a positive culture and retain, recognize & reward the top talents and increase their productivity, engagement and satisfaction, and smooth transition for departed employee.
  • Develop and Implement HR Policies & Procedure, Compliance, Legal Requirements and Labor relations through HR Information System Management (HRIS): Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and to be aligned with employment laws and regulations and assure that the organization is in compliance, In addition, HR manager is responsible for Manage of these policy and procedures through the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure that efficient and accurate data management on timely manner, support decision making and HR reporting, and maintain HR data security and privacy and consistency and fairness across the organization and minimize legal risks and maintain the company's compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Must Have a minimum of 4 years in Human Resources Management experience.
  • Must Have a minimum of 1 years in supervisory level experience.
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations; must have a good understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Good knowledge in all human resources function such as: Talent acquisition (Recruiting, hiring and retaining talent), Compensation & benefit, Training & development, Employee engagement, Performance management.
  • Must be familiar with HR technology, such as human resources information systems (HRIS), talent acquisition system, and performance management software.
  • Must possess strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the human resources team and communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic Languages.
