Beauty Advisor & Pharmacy Promoter
Jerash Drugstore is a renowned partner of multiple distinguished multinational brands in the pharmaceutical and beauty industry. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor & Pharmacy Promoter. This role involves promoting skincare and haircare products to customers in pharmacies while also providing product knowledge and training to pharmacists in Aqaba.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on skincare and haircare products available at partner pharmacies in Aqaba.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and consultations to assist customers in selecting the most suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, scientific advancements, and product knowledge in the skincare and haircare industry.
- Collaborate with pharmacists in Aqaba to educate them about the features, benefits, and proper usage of our skincare and haircare products.
- Conduct training sessions for pharmacists to enhance their knowledge and understanding of our product portfolio.
- Develop strong relationships with pharmacists, providing ongoing support and addressing any queries or concerns they may have regarding our products.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to increase awareness and drive sales of our skincare and haircare products.
- Monitor stock levels in partner pharmacies, ensuring optimal availability of our products, and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishment.
- Track and analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market demands.
- Stay up-to-date with competitors' activities, market trends, and customer feedback to propose innovative strategies for product positioning and promotions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, pharmacy, or a related field associated with the pharmaceutical or beauty industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical field in Aqaba.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and haircare products, industry trends, and the ability to provide accurate advice to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and pharmacists.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Aqaba as required.
