Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance Business Partner Analyst to join our dynamic finance business partner team. As a Senior Finance Business Partner Analyst, you will play a key role in providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial analysis, insights, and guidance to support key decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and forecast future outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and ROI analysis, to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, perform due diligence, and provide financial recommendations for new projects and initiatives.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimize financial strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or Financial Analyst, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data sets.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Excel.).
• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial statements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial concepts into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
