Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance Business Partner Analyst to join our dynamic finance business partner team. As a Senior Finance Business Partner Analyst, you will play a key role in providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial analysis, insights, and guidance to support key decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and forecast future outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and ROI analysis, to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, perform due diligence, and provide financial recommendations for new projects and initiatives.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including financial reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimize financial strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or Financial Analyst, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data sets.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Excel.).
- Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial statements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial concepts into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
