- A degree in business, management, economics / or related fields
- Experience of 2 – 3 years in Freight Forwarding / Shipping Sales with proven track records/ 1-2 years
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills (THE MOST IMPORTANT)
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers
- Excellent Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and database software.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
Skills
- Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
- Proven track record of maintaining professional ethics through the portrayal of exemplary soft skills.
- Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
- Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
- Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
- Strong negotiation skills.
