Recruitment Specialist (F&B Experience)

We are hiring for below position:

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing screening interviews, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts and preparing job offer letters
• Schedule meetings, interviews
• Coordination with overseas agencies for vacancies
• Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
• Support other functions as assigned

Skills

• Can start immediately is preferred
• At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a recruitment specialist or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Has an experience in hiring expatriates overseas
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
• Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
• In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
• Familiarity with social media recruiting
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
