Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our genetics products to healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our products, and the ability to build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients to achieve sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell medical lab products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, genetics, pharmacy or related field.
- Proven work experience as a sales representative, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
