Branch Manager -Aqaba Branch

- Manages and delivers on client’s commitments based on local, national, and global strategy
- Manages and develops client relationships from all areas of the branch business
- Partners with existing clients to retain and grow business
- Monitors implementation of new accounts to ensure all KPIs are met
- Seeks cost efficiencies and process improvements within different functions of the branch and work with the support and alignment of the BCM team to implement as appropriate
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, shipping methods , WMS and implementing changes.
- Full knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system).
- Monitoring all transaction (Day-to-Day operations) on WMS (Receiving, shipping and inventory).
- Manage warehouse employees from all department (CSR,QC and warehouse team), monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.
- Manages warehouse operations by stock control, inventory management.
Optimize space utilization and maintain an organized warehouse.
- Ensure all the operations in the warehouse are fully captured and controlled by WMS.
- Directs the Warehousing Operations of multiple Warehousing Projects on the day-to-day operational requirements.
- Provides analytical supports on the project’s operational budgets and expenses.
- Ensures implementation of the established set of KPI’s.
- Work with the MD to achieve Business Unit operational and financial goals.
- Works with Senior Sales and/or Sales Managers on the perspective new customers.
- Provides weekly and monthly KPI reports to the MD of the Business Unit.
- Enforces and ensure the adherence of the established Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Ensures the Inventory Management procedures are followed and implemented
- Works with MD to achieve Enterprise goals.
- Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct manager from time to time to meet the business exigencies
- Responsible for all admin and operational requirements and files related to the branch with all government institute related in the site (Aseza , Customes Departments , etc .)
