Senior Holidays Consultant

Dakkak Holidays, a leading outbound travel company in Jordan, is seeking a Senior Holidays Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Holidays Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and selling customized holiday packages for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then use your expertise to create unique itineraries that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine their holiday needs and preferences

• Design customized holiday packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the holiday planning process

• Stay up-to-date on holiday trends, destination information, and travel products and services

• Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 2+ years of experience in holiday sales and customer service

• 2+ years of experience in ready-made and custom packages

• Strong destination knowledge and travel industry expertise

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems (Galileo / Amadeus)
