We are hiring for an Assistant Operation Manager -Catering in healthcare sector.

Salary – AED 9000

Location – Abu Dhabi – UAE

Duties will include assisting the Catering Manager in:

 Helping to plan hospitals meals

 Preparing food for the appropriate food services which include breakfast, break and lunch.

 Checking stock levels and placing orders with suppliers.

 Checking deliveries and ensuring that stock is appropriately stored

 Sourcing suppliers and ensuring that best value is obtained

 Ensuring that all necessary Health & Safety checks are maintained on a daily basis and appropriate records kept.  Making sure that the canteen is clean and that the necessary standards are consistently maintained

 Helping, and preparing food for other school functions when necessary.

 Keeping all appropriate financial records. Ensuring that all money is counted, recorded, reconciled and stored in the safe and that daily reconciliation sheets

 Leading, managing and motivating canteen staff and ensuring that all staff are appropriately deployed and trained  Liaising with pupils, staff, parents and suppliers.

Specific duties of the Deputy will include:

 Responsibility for management of cashless catering system

 Responsibility for recording fridge and freezer temperatures each day, recording these and ensuring that appropriate Health & Safety standards are maintained

 Rotating dried stock and checking dates on a daily basis

 Counting and recording of money taken

 Deputizing for the Catering Manager when necessary

 Any other reasonable catering duties as requested by Catering Manager or members of the Leadership Team of the School
