HIRING NOW_ SALES MANAGER
Role Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible to create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and its local reach. He/She will manage a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key customers. This position shall work in accordance with company values, policy, SOPs, professional standards, and work ethics.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully either induvial or through effective management of the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Discover new business prospects through the development and use of your networks
- Design unique sales pitches/presentations to demonstrate company business and close new businesses
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Ensure great satisfaction after sales and long-term positive partnerships
Applicants must have 10 – 12 years of experience in Sales. Industry experience in the Logistics sector locally or overseas will be a huge plus.
