Immediate opening is available in a leading Manufacturing Company for full-time Quality Control Engineer in Sahab. Responsibilities include monitoring, measuring, and documenting the characteristics of products as compared to product requirements and prevent non-conforming product.
We are seeking individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and operational expertise to join our engineering team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and measure the characteristics of products at appropriate stages of product realization.
- Inspecting and testing both incoming material and products produced by a company.
- Document and analyse the conformity of product to required specifications.
- Cooperate with manufacturing to prevent non-conforming product and continuously improve processes.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data
- Reading technical drawings and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards.
- Using gadgets such as micrometer, gauges to measure products.
- Removing products that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality.
- Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team
- Performing inspections at random to assess product quality.
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial Engineering.
· Experience with Measuring and Testing Equipment
· Ability to read and interpret part drawings, product specifications, and other related documentation to product inspection.
· Excellent command in Speaking & writing in English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· 0 – 2 years of experiences
· Ability to use SAP Business One
. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems
