1. Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in landscape design, irrigation system design, and project management.
3. Strong knowledge of plant species, soil science, drainage principles, and irrigation system components.
4. Proficiency in CAD software or other design tools used in landscape architecture and irrigation design.
5. Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines related to landscaping and irrigation.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess site conditions, identify challenges, and develop effective solutions.
7. Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks and resources.
8. Effective communication skills to interact with clients, project teams, contractors, and vendors.
9. Knowledge of irrigation system components, installation methods, and maintenance practices.
10. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
11. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
12. Physical ability to conduct site visits, perform field inspections, and oversee project implementations.
13. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
