Purpose of the job:

The successful applicant is responsible for all human resource activities for the company. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures.

2. Coordinate with the recruitment part to provide soft landing to the new joiners (bank details, fingerprint & insurance enrolment).

3. Assist in payroll preparation (mobile invoices, deduction (insurance, unpaid leaves & annual balance), new joiners, resigned employees, overtime)

4. Manage all operations with the mobile company in term of activation, deactivation, roaming and international services, offers negotiations)

5. Handle the resignation process (communication, clearance, final settlements, and documentation)

6. Manage all operations with the medical insurance company and employees, comparing insurance offers for renewal purposes)

7. Maintain human resource data bases on HR System in term of Time & Labour, data cleansing)

8. Support employees in the administrative requests (letters to embassies, banks, others)

9. Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested.

10. Assist in companies social events

11. Accident insurance management.

12. Other duties as assigned.

Additional Job Description

By coordinating and working closely with the Human Resource team, the job holder will fulfill the need of the group in terms of proper attendance tracking, maintain good employee relations and work as a team as well as to keep the company a great place to work.

Experience, Education & Skills:

  • University graduate
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
  • Knowledge of Jordan Labour laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
  • Professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Language:

  • Ability to communicate and respond to common inquiries from employees and members of the business community.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts.
  • English & Arabic [Fluent]
