Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and executing effective public relations strategies that will enhance Avertra’s reputation with our target audience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating engaging and informative content for press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
  • Coordinating with media outlets to secure coverage and arrange interviews for company representatives.
  • Managing company events such as press conferences, and media tours.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Tracking and reporting on PR campaign performance, as well as making recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

Needed Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with PR software and tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, etc.).
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in public relations.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting.

Education:

BSc degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of PR strategies and tactics.
  • Experience with media relations and event planning.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in public relations.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing
  • Results-oriented.
  • Creative and innovative thinking skills to develop new and effective marketing strategies.

Preferences:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Master's degree or higher
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Experience with software marketing

Travel:

Travel to the US, UAE, and other locations as needed for marketing events.

Work Schedule:

Flexible schedule per Marketing Director and team needs.
