Qualifications
· University degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management.
· Previous experience in public budgeting and financing procedures.
· Previous experience with national and donor funded projects.
· Experience in financial reporting.
· Fluent in Arabic and English.
· Excellent computer skills.
