We are looking for an Operations Officer to join our team.
Requirements:
2-3 years of shipping experience
Very good communication skills
Very good English skills

#Job_description:
· Responsible for the End-to-End customer experience, handling the operation from a-z shipments (including all Incoterms).
· Negotiating terms with carriers, booking cargo space, and making payments
· Managing customs clearance procedures and transport documents.
· Seeking and following up on sales leads
· Tracking and communicating shipment status with clients in real-time
· Checking that shipments are delivered on time.
· Resolving issues including discrepancies and delayed arrivals, customs release
· Coordination of all modes of transport (sea, air, and land)
· Customer service and handling incoming calls from customers relating to Import/Export operations and shipment information.
· Sales calls and arranging face-to-face meetings with new potential clients and existing clients.

· تتبع حالة الشحن والتواصل مع العملاء في الوقت الفعلي
· التحقق من تسليم الشحنات في الوقت المحدد.
· حل المشاكل بما في ذلك التناقضات وتأخر الوصول والإفراج الجمركي
· تنسيق جميع وسائط النقل (بحري وجوي وبري)
· خدمة العملاء ومعالجة المكالمات الواردة من العملاء فيما يتعلق بعمليات الاستيراد والتصدير ومعلومات الشحن.
· مكالمات المبيعات وترتيب الاجتماعات وجها لوجه مع العملاء المحتملين الجدد والعملاء الحاليين.
