الوصف الوظيفي
- Providing Drive training in all Modules to users regarding business procedures
- Reconciliation of accounts postings with different modules and providing the correction procedures
- Set up of Assets Ledger classes and posting mapping for the same and handling issues related to depreciations
- Handling Issues related cross module postings
- Handling issues related to payments
- Handling issues related to the user priorities
- Handling vehicle related issues
- Handling After Sales related issues
- Understanding the panic files through panic file viewer
- Resolving all issues in Report Generator (Advance)
- Setup of Drive Work flow process
- Configuring timed operations and checking the EOD verification issues
- Liaising with the Support team of Keyloop (DMS provider) for issues which are due to a software bugs or new developments and making sure that an alternative is available helping the end users to continue with their business operations thus avoiding financial loss.
- Reading, understanding the KCML codes preferred

- Complete knowledge in Drive CRM, Vehicles, Showroom and Point of Sale
- Complete knowledge in Drive Sundry Orders & PO Tracking
- Complete knowledge in Finance posting of all modules
- Complete knowledge in Drive Consumer finance, cheque management
- Education – Master in Computer Science
- 5 years experience in Drive DMS
- 3.5 years experience in Drive International Accounting
