HR Administrator
Description:
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Proven work experience as an HR in the UAE – minimum 2 years (experience in a school/nursery setting is a bonus)
- Knowledge and understanding of UAE Labour Law
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant field (attested documents)
- People skills to create a warm, family welcome to the nursery
- Excellent organization, time-management and teamwork skills
- Ability to connect and support parents and our team of staff
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Efficient and organised
- Able to follow policies and procedures, meeting all government criteria and legislation
- A highly articulate communicator with excellent written English skills
Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Update HR databases (new employees, separations, vacations and sick leaves)
- Prepare paperwork for new staff / renewals
- Visa processing in coordination with the PRO
- Assist with knowledge queries related to labour and immigration processes
- Process employees’ requests, provide relevant information, prepare HR documents
- Collaborate with the Nursery Principal to post job ads on career pages, coordinate with recruitment companies
- Provide orientation for new employees
- Liase with external partners like insurance vendors, training providers etc to ensure legal compliance
- Timely track, organise and manage all types of expiring government documents, including licenses
- Manage and handle government payments
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers
- Provide administrative support to company management
- Coordinate projects, meetings

Working hours and salary:
- Working hours: 9 am – 6 pm (Monday to Friday); 8 am – 1 pm (Saturday)
- Salary range: 5,000-6,000 dhs per month (depends on experience and qualifications)
- Expected start date: Immediate joining
