Provide technical expertise and guidance during the planning, design, and construction phases of projects.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to review project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions.
Manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and change orders.
Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Conduct regular meetings with project teams to communicate progress, resolve issues, and address concerns.
Perform quality control inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
Manage and resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise during the project.
Provide technical support and guidance to field staff and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.

Bachelor's degree in engineering
Proven experience as a resident engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and project management.
Familiarity with relevant software applications and tools used in engineering design and project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Professional engineering license or certification (preferred).
