About the Role:
Drinkit is looking for a Premises Advisor to join our team to help find new locations in Dubai.
We expect them to:
Search premises for coffee shops suitable to our requirements
Who has a vast knowledge of commercial spaces in dubai and can manage relationships with main leasing managers, negotiate with business towers owners.
Build a case about the location: revenue forecast, traffic at the location, CAPEX, ROI for the location
Draft and submit budget proposals and ensure the project expenses are within the budget.
You can work from the office, from home, or from a coffee shop

Requirements:
- Must be Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in the field of Real Estate.
- A systematic approach, a willingness to drive a lot around the city
- This is a full-time position; the candidate must be located in Dubai.
