As Operations Manager in Dubai you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the overall operation and management of the entire online platform, including marketing planning, event promotion, daily operations, and event operations, able to independently plan themed marketing events, and post-event summary analysis;
  • Monitor customer experience from order placement to service completion, and track and analyse various reports, such as partner issues, operational failures, etc;
  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of online platform application content, products, special pages of various categories, and event marketing plans; review current customer service operations and help the company establish new processes to simplify and improve customer experience;
  • Coordinate closely with the business development team to ensure the provision of booking services, and actively liaise with the company team and product team to ensure smooth communication and processes between the team and products Formulate monthly, quarterly, and annual online full-platform event marketing plans, be responsible for the analysis of daily event operation effects and adjust and optimize event operation strategies according to the analysis results;
  • Responsible for the overall newness, activation, transformation, and retention of the entire online platform, formulating executable activity plans and implementing them;
  • Manage a team of operational specialists, providing regular input on their performance and helping with training as needed;
  • This also includes motivating them and keeping their spirits high to ensure goals are achieved.

who you are

You are graduated in business or operations management or an other related fields, with 5 years of team management experience in the e-commerce industry, with team management experience, or tens of millions of volume products are preferred. You already live in Dubai and understand the UAE market, or understand overseas markets, regional culture, and user portraits.

skills & competencies:

  • Possess good data analysis and insight capabilities, identify problems, and provide solutions, have good communication skills, are result-oriented, and have a sense of responsibility.
  • Strong ability to resist pressure. Rich Internet knowledge, familiar with hotel business, peer business, and bidding platforms.
  • Strong internal and external customer service orientation with deep and broad expertise in front-to-back customer experience and the ability to describe things from the customer's perspective.
  • Familiar with project management and enterprise operation and the work process of various departments, have strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and social activity skills, and keen insight.

education & qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
