As Operations Director in Dubai you will be responsible for:

In-depth understanding of the company's strategy and product/business development needs, conduct research on the industry and customers, formulate operational plans and strategies to achieve the business goals of product and solution releases and function updates, and be responsible for the company's overall market clues and brand influence.
Formulate product and brand strategies, and coordinate online/offline marketing and activities to accelerate product marketization and successfully introduce products and solutions to the market.
Able to expand and maintain relationships with market partners such as various media/commercial associations/consulting agencies/local governments on behalf of the company.
Can integrate internal and external resources and expand the overall business and technical influence of the company.
Strong ability to manage the marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
Responsible for formulating detailed listing strategies and team goals. Responsible for personnel recruitment/selection/training/motivation and formulating market budgets and cost control.
Able to lead multiple teams and manage collaboration across functions. Collect and summarize news feedback about activities, planning, and other customer-oriented plans.
Can guide customers and distill market feedback across regions and categories into market intelligence.
Inform various internal stakeholders, and influence product roadmaps and business decisions.
Continually check performance indicators and establish effective processes and mechanisms to promote the implementation of strategic plans and achieve performance goals.

who you are

You have more than 5 years of experience in residence or real estate marketing, marketing communication, or brand promotion. As well as a keen sense of the property market. Furthermore you are able to conduct product market research and detailed analysis, refine product positioning and sum up the business model of the product based on product market demand.

skills & competencies:

Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing peers and leaders, with good text presentation skills and external speech skills.
Able to adapt to the fast-paced and rapidly changing entrepreneurial culture. Strong result-driven drive and ability to avoid risks.
Mature project management and team management capabilities.
English and Chinese (Preferred) can be used as working languages, minor languages are preferred.
Can accept business trips and assignments.
