As Marketing Director in Dubai you will be responsible for:

Develop and maintain strong partnerships by providing relevant data insights and high-quality consulting services (revenue management advice, marketing opportunities) to partners such as hotels and large property management companies;
Establish a portfolio of partners such as local hotels by introducing potential partners into our market and facilitating their onboarding process. Ensure that the products (content, price and availability) of the partner hotels are continuously optimized on the platform to maximize customer conversion rates;
Obtain additional occupancy rate and availability information in a short period of time to meet the urgent needs of customers. Secure seasonal deals and promotions within the guidelines established by management to support the marketing and marketing efforts of the brand. Continuously improve and develop the high degree of participation of hotel partners in our full set of services;
Unique market insights (partner reports, competitive data, key performance drivers). Represent the company in the local market, establish our corporate Image with local key influencers (such as tourism boards, hotel associations, etc.), and provide expertise to the local industry;
Provide guidance to colleagues (peers, assistant marketing managers, marketing assistants) on standard methods;
Complete other reasonable duties assigned by the company.

who you are

You have more than 5 years of experience in a similar marketing director role. with excellent leadership and personal influence skills. Therefore you have strong business ability, strong communication skills, clear logic, strong observation, and adaptability. You are Good at the development and maintenance of customer relationships, clearly understand the logic of the business model, and having strong business acumen.

skills & competencies:

Ability to multitask effectively with the ability to define work priorities and focus on achieving key goals, objectives, and/or strategic objectives set by the leadership team.
Have strong analytical skills, have a certain market understanding of the innovative technology market, be able to adapt to the rapidly changing business environment, be able to select and present insights, including performance, market, and competitor analysis, and implement important actions based on the data plan.
Proficient in English language skills, able to work independently and help other team members acquire skills or achieve goals/objectives.
