الوصف الوظيفي
The contract will be only for 6 months for the position HR Officer.
The required experience in the same field is 3 years minimum
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Summarizes HR data and statistics, identifying trends and patterns to inform senior leaders and influence decision-making.
- Formulates feasible short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for performance metrics based on data insights and presents recommendations to management.
- Acts as a liaison between HR leadership and other departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of new programs and initiatives.
