Origin setup and training
Destination setup and training
Unacceptable commodities revision and identification of new opportunities
SNS Operations policy revision and update
Operational data analysis and identification of any trends and opportunities
Global Case System case analysis and root cause identification and amendments
End to end transit time review and flagging of any abnormalities
Seasonal peak management with SNS Origins
SNS system enhancements (operational systems like InfoAxs and GCS)
Quality of data entry at origin supervision and analysis
System Support
Data entry performance review
Compensation escalation and conflict resolution between origins, hubs and destinations
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations and product management
Excellent command in excel
Team player
Good communication skills & Excellent Command in English
