The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive online traffic, generate leads and sales, as well as oversee web design and development projects. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, trends, best practices, as well as web design and development principles. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, content, development, and UX/UI, to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns:
  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including setting objectives, defining target audiences, selecting appropriate channels, developing creative assets, and monitoring performance.
  1. Drive website traffic, lead generation, and web design:
  • Optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) to drive targeted traffic and maximize conversions.
  • Oversee web design and development projects, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with brand guidelines and optimize conversion rates.
  • Implement lead generation strategies, including landing page optimization, lead capture forms, and lead nurturing workflows.
  1. Social media and content management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and grow the company's online communities.
  • Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, blogs, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
  1. Data analysis and reporting:
  • Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on digital marketing metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Use data to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  1. Web design and development:
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-responsive, optimized for SEO, and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Implement and maintain website updates, including content management, landing pages, and site functionality.
  1. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices:
  • Continuously research and keep abreast of emerging trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing, web design, and development.
  • Share industry insights and recommendations to drive innovation and enhance the company's digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, including web design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Experience with web design and development, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and responsive design principles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, web design, and development.
